When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive within 4–10 business days from purchase.
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping (Continental U.S.): 2–5 business days (Standard Shipping)
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 5–7 business days beyond standard delivery times.
Please note: production and delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. When this happens you will receive tracking information for each shipment and items may arrive on different days.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Double-check your address
Shipping addresses can’t be changed after checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, we can’t replace or refund the order.
Delays
Occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has shipped.
Lost or stolen packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local carrier. We’re happy to help but not liable for lost or stolen packages.
