Refund policy

 

We want you to love your order, and we stand by the quality of our products. However, because each item is made to order, we only accept refund or exchange requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size selection issues, buyer’s remorse, or other preference-based reasons.

🧵 Produced After Purchase

Each item is created specifically for your order once it’s placed. As a result:

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or unexpected fit.
  • Please double-check your size and shipping details before placing your order.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or not as ordered, we’ll make it right.

Contact us at hello@boopsvsbeans.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • At least 3 clear photos (JPG or PNG format) from different angles:
    • A close-up of the defect or damage
    • A full view of the item laid flat
    • A side or angled view showing the issue (material, print, or alignment)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label. After we receive the item, you can choose between a refund or a replacement.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days after the expected delivery date, reach out to us. We'll investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement.

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment—additional shipping charges may apply.

🎨 Normal Production Variations

Because each item is printed individually, slight variations in color, placement, or alignment may occur. These differences are normal and are not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
